SO many places we can go.....and still affordable
2) I dont have fren to go

3) i'm not interested in travelling (got such ppl??)
travellling will enhance our ability to interact wt diff ppl in diff world
4) too many things to consider, my kids, accomodation..malas lah
come on...dont give such excuses
5) cannot take leave ( yeah right...)
u will not get promotion just because u never take leave but u will definitely become overstress if u didnt take leave.

I'm back after long silence

Hi my friends and my reader.(if I have any) hhehehehhe...

Ramadhan was over a month ago. Then Syawal came..also finished yesterday. I had so busy day during Syawal.

This year kind of special because for the first time I dont have to go to Melaka to celebrate raya. Not that I dont like Melaka but ..........let it be blank. Our half first day at Bukit Antarabangsa, my big brother house. Another half of 1st day was a journey to Singapore..country I was born.

Driving to Singapore for the first time in My little orangee makes me so proud of the car( i pratically build it though.heheheheh). The traffic at Malaysia highway slow but ok untill we reach Tuas coastway, it was terrible. we stuck there for almost 1 hour just to get clear from Singapore immigration. Finally at 8.15pm, we safely arrived Singapore.

As usual, my aunties, uncles welcome us as such we never been there for such a long period..(its once a year visit due to busy life). After salam2 all uncles and aunties, me and my brother rush down to 7/11 to purchase night parking ticket. Yes, thats Singapore. Day parking $1 per hour from 7am till 10pm. $2 for night parking 10pm till next morning 7am.Also have kind of toll cost you $9.20. Need to register for Autopas if your vehicle first time enter Singapore..cost u $10 if not mistaken.
OK , finish all the payment....we unpack....so tired, starving everything...then sleep

2nd Day in Singapore
Wake up early, not planning to go for raya but went visit all dead relatives...;-). after spent about 2 hours in "rest in peace" place, we heading to kedai mamak to have brunch. nice Roti prata with lamb curry, Rojak Singapore, warm lime tea, teh tarik...yummy...
After come back from Jurong(where the cemetry situated) me and my brother continue journey to Orchard Road.

This orchard trip solely for breeze walking and window shopping.

we walk from end to end of orchard road. Actually we looking for HRC, forgot where is it located..hehehehhe

finally..we reach the destination. just bought short glass for my personal collection..

and thats the of tour.
At night , we had marathon raya tour cover 3 houses started from 7.30pm till 11pm. Had 3 diffrent meals ( well, singaporean is famous with good food)..
we had potato wedges (different kind of cook style) and fried chicken at 1st house, continue lontong and sambal udang at second house and last but not least...nasi beriani gam kambing. its WOW....since i cannot eat more , so we had ourselves tapau nasi beriani gam....heheheheh...
3rd Day Raya
This is the final day in Singapore but still have 2 houses to cover. Went to 1st house at 9am....just had simple kuih raya and tea..(thanks GOd)..move to second house, had again lontong, sambal kacang, sambal udang again. I'm a prawn favorite so I cant resist any type of prawn meal BUT the prawn has to be big, not small like masak sayur perencah one.....hehehehehhe
After had fill up the stomach, we get ready to leave Singapore.
at 2.30pm, me and my bro heading to KL and cant wait to lay down on my own bed. The journey was fine, not much traffic and we arrive KL at approximately 8.30pm. Once inside the house, we are so lazy to go out again to have dinner but damn Starving....so, finally we cook instant noodle....
ok.thats all about my raya this year.....;-D

lepak2 after break fast

Bila Ramadhan, macam biasalah ada je makan2 dgn kawan2. Masa ni lah meluangkan masa with frens who usually busy in their daily life. But still, there is friend who extremely busy and didnt manage to spare some precious time for friends...well, its their choice.

For 1st event in this month, we try out buffet at Eden The Curve. The food so-so lah but still ok with the price about RM40 per person. After al most 1 hour there, we left but still some more thing to catch up...we heading to Gloria jeans for lepak2 and update.

Yang bestnye, dapat pulak lepak in private room...ha apa lagi....gegak gempita lah kan....kecoh mcm nak roboh gloria tu...luckily its indoor, so org luar tak dengar but i believe the can guess.

something unique about this group is that, we used to work together in same company but all of us move to different company and still close like before...

another unique thing is....all of us moved to different industry as well.....still engineer background but variety..

till we meet again...next makan2 ramadhan will be wt different group....

finally the bus which Avril in it arrived. see..blonde in white, thats Avril Lavigne. this time still raining.
At 9.00pm sharp, she rock the stadium. ANd I'm not allowed to take her photo during concert, they wanted my camera but no way hosey i'm giving my valuable camera..so i just give them the battery....

Ramadhan is here ...

Hope fully not to late for me to wish all readers( not so sure how many) happy ramadhan. Alhamdullilah...I'm still breathing to celebrate this Ramadhan. As usual, my routine is going back hometown, celebrate 1st Ramadhan with my lovely parents. But this year, its special because my brother somehow stole his precious time to celebrate 1st Ramadhan together.

The most precious moment during Ramadhan for me is break fast with the whole family...going to terawikh toghether....bangun sahur together. Its not ablut the food you have but the moment spending as a family so damn priceless. I spent 2 days in my hometown and now I'm back into my urban life...breakfast alone at my tiny apartment.

The best part is i cooked my own break fast dishes. That is a must since cooking is my hobby. This is the month I can brush up my skill which almost gone during the rest of the year due to my hectic lifestyle (this include my working schedule , my travel routine and my vacation tru out a year). This is the month i can try out new recipe...this is the month I can save for Hari Raya..well save to be giving during raya....

orait...time to go and cook...cioa

Today in Melaka

Practically I went to Melaka every year for hari raya. But last weekend I was in Melaka as tourist......

first destination..we visit Taman Mini Malaysia. with RM12 per person, u can actully get to know all 13 states traditional houses around the area. its interesting in a way I have no idea how the traditional house for certain states looks like. So I guess..this is it.

its started with Rumah Perlis and end up with Rumah Sarawak.
this is rumah Pahang....i think..forgot to capture the flag.

rumah Kedah

rumah negori sembilan

dlm rumah JOhor...obviously

inside Sarawak house

its 13 houses to look at and i managed to be at all trditional houses but too lazy to post it all here. Later at night, we went to Umbai the most popular place inMelaka to have a good seafood with reasonable price. I dont say it cheap because cheap is subjective relative to our pocket thickness as well...so the price is reasonable

with above kind of meal.....we pay below price..RM75.00 and yes it far too much for 2 ppl ....but hey, we love eating.....who cares..we pay..

come back from dinner..dont ask me anything about food..so full like no more space in my stomach but its only for that night.....

next day, we having breakfast...i had 2 roti canai with limau suam...my fav drink bcos i believe it can help flatten my belly ( yeah ...right ..hahhhah)

continue Melaka journey.....

we end our tour by noon.....grab some lunch and heading to KL...need to catch up final Olimpik badminton...well..we lost...

Dato' Nicol in action...World No 1 champion

Here you go...for the first time in my life, I watched squash live...Yes, its all because of the youngest Dato' in Malaysia ( I guess). Since she being crowned as World No 1 Champion, I instantly have the interest to get to know this sport better...not play it but watch her in action.
A modest world Champion

credit to her coach.....obviously she's good....

you go girl

and she's only 25 years old....still have more years to perform

I am so glad have a chnaced to watch her in action during Semi and Final. She is unbeatable at this moment. Start playing at age of 5...very humble little girl I should say.....being loved by all malaysian and a very down to earth parents who brought her up...

too tough for Natalie to handle..

With no doubt I became her Loyal FAN now and will try to watch most of her match from now on.....

LOVE U SWEET GIRL.....
